1. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the wallet provider you select and the security of your device, recovery method and credentials. Electroneum | Smart Chain Wallet does not hold, reset or recover private keys, passwords, PINs or recovery phrases.
2. Permitted use
Use the website and wallet interface only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use connected protocols in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Wallet and blockchain transactions
Always review the network, asset, recipient, amount, contract interaction and estimated fees before approving a request in your external wallet. Blockchain transactions may be public, final and irreversible. Electroneum | Smart Chain Wallet cannot cancel, reverse or modify a transaction confirmed by the network.
4. No custody, advice or guarantee
Electroneum | Smart Chain Wallet is an independent, non-custodial interface and does not take possession of funds. Information displayed by the site is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Network data, token availability, prices, fees and transaction timing may change and are not guaranteed.
5. Third-party services and availability
Wallet extensions, WalletConnect, RPC providers, smart contracts, token issuers and other linked or connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Access to Electroneum | Smart Chain Wallet may be updated, limited or interrupted for maintenance, security, network conditions or technical reasons.
6. Stopping use and contacting us
You may stop using the interface and disconnect your wallet at any time. Local website data can be cleared through your browser. Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page without including a password, private key, recovery phrase or other wallet secret.
